Who Can Purchase Cannabis at Green Releaf?
- Recreational Customers: Must be 21 years or older with a valid, government-issued photo ID.
- Medical Marijuana Patients: Must possess a valid state-issued medical marijuana card. Patients under 21 must meet medical program requirements and provide documentation.
Accepted Forms of Identification
To verify your age and identity, we accept the following valid and unexpired government-issued IDs:
- State-issued driver’s license or ID card
- U.S. or international passport
- Tribal ID
- Military ID
We do not accept expired IDs, photocopies, or digital screenshots.
Where Age Verification Is Required
To ensure full legal compliance, age verification is required at multiple stages:
- At Dispensary Entry: All customers must present ID upon entering any Green Releaf location.
- Online Browsing & Ordering: You may be prompted to verify your age when accessing our menu or placing an order.
- Pickup Verification: ID is required again during order pickup (in-store or curbside) to confirm legal eligibility.
Zero Tolerance Policy for Underage Sales
Green Releaf maintains a zero tolerance policy for underage sales or access. Any attempt to misrepresent age or use false identification will result in denied service and may be reported in accordance with state laws.
